The LEXCE Trend D edger concentrates all essential edging functions required to fit daily jobs. To meet your needs and adapt to each workshop, it combines with all the plotters and blocking/centering devices of the NIDEK range.
The LEXCE Trend D edger concentrates all the essential technologies required to fit the majority of spectacles. It integrates a mobile 5-axis unit to perform high-accuracy drillings. Thanks to a user-friendly interface, you can rapidly program all the types of holes, notching, oblongs, etc. Using this unit, the LEXCE Trend D can perform high-quality counter-bevels and 3D creasing (both height and width can be set up).
Thanks to the last-generation patented roughing wheel, edging cycles of organic glasses are short and the finishing quality is premium. In order to optimise the appearance of the assemblies, with metal frames, the LEXCE Trend DBT proposes the mini-bevel whose height can be adjusted from 0.4 mm to 0.7 mm, to guarantee a perfect result and fit of the spectacles.
