The LEXCE Trend DBT is an all in one edger, the most compact of the market. Thanks to its small footprint and its high technical capacities, it can integrate all the workshops.
The LEXCE Trend DBT is the most compact edger of the market. It is an all in one unit. It includes the LETR- 3D plotter and a manual high-precision blocking/centering device. It is controlled through 2 types of interface, one ‘expert’ mode for experienced fitters, and a ‘Wizard’ mode. The ‘Wizard’ mode, dedicated to beginners, splits all the tasks, step-by-step, from the tracing to the edging, not forgetting the centering, in a secured way.

The LEXCE Trend DBT integrates a mobile 5-axis unit to perform high-accuracy drillings. Thanks to a user-friendly interface, you can rapidly program all the types of holes, notching, oblongs, etc. Using this unit, the LEXCE Trend DBT can perform high-quality counter-bevels and 3D creasing (both height and width can be set up).
Thanks to the last-generation patented roughing wheel, edging cycles of organic glasses are short and the finishing quality is premium. In order to optimise the appearance of the assemblies, with metal frames, the LEXCE Trend DBT proposes the mini-bevel whose height can be adjusted from 0.4 mm to 0.7 mm, to guarantee a perfect result and fit on the spectacles.
