Projector of optotypes and polarised visual tests. This device can be controlled through the control panel of the NIDEK automatic refractor or using the remote control.
The visual test projector CP-9 proposes a large selection of visual tests and optotypes and can adapt to any working place. Indeed, adjusting the display distance from 2.9 to 6.1 m is possible. The CP-9 projector is polarised. You can perform binocular and stereoscopic visual tests using polarised filters. Thanks to the polarised testing system, the patient’s comfort is improved, compared with the muscular dissociation obtained from dissociator prisms.
CP-9 projectors perfectly integrate and synchronise with the other elements of the NIDEK refraction chain. Combined with RT-3100 or RT-6100 automatic refractors, monitoring the tests is directly performed from the control panel touchscreen. A specific remote control is used to simultaneously select the selected optotypes, to improve the user’s comfort.
