The auto refractometers benefit from non-invasive technologies to automatically measure the objective ocular refraction. The auto refractometers are essential to support the practice of ophthalmologists, orthoptists and opticians.

Some instruments include a complete automation of the measuring process, so their operating is totally independent. There propose automatisms at all levels: adjustment of chinrest position, printing the result ticket, correct alignment of the instrument in front of the patient’s eyes, and automatic triggering of the measure.

This saves times during the eye exam, still preserving the quality of results.
